If you reach baggage claim another way
Took an elevator, or came out at a different part of baggage claim? Look for the overhead Baggage Claim 1 sign and Door A, and walk toward them; the meet-and-greet area is near Baggage Claim 1, close to Door A. If you're unsure which way to go, the information booth is a good place to get your bearings.
If you cannot locate your chauffeur
Stay in the designated meet-and-greet area and call or text us at (904) 800-5657. Tell us your reservation name and where you're standing, and we'll coordinate with your chauffeur and guide you to the right spot. Please don't leave the terminal to look for your vehicle before you've spoken with your chauffeur.
You meet inside, then board outside
