Why return pickups are booked in advance
JAXPORT does not charge commercial vehicles to drop off cruise passengers. Commercial vehicles picking passengers up pay a port access fee on entry, and may only enter to collect prearranged passengers whose names they provide. That is why we take your names when you book.
