Where will my chauffeur meet me when I arrive at JAX?

What happens to my reserved car if my flight is delayed?
Your pickup moves with your flight, at no charge for airline delays. You get 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from your flight's actual arrival time. If you need longer, call or text before the hour ends and your chauffeur keeps waiting, with extra time billed. Without contact after 60 minutes, the trip is a no-show.
Does the airport transfer fare include meet-and-greet and luggage assistance?
Yes. Every JAX arrival includes inside-terminal meet and greet, and every airport transfer includes luggage assistance, flight tracking and 60 minutes of free waiting after landing. Your written confirmation lists your pickup arrangement.
Do you provide airport pickups after midnight and departures before 5 AM?
Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including 3 AM and 4 AM pickups for the first flights out and arrivals after midnight. There is no added charge for early or late hours. Late-night pickups need a confirmed reservation in advance.
Which vehicle should I reserve for passengers, suitcases, and golf clubs?
Book the Cadillac XT6 for up to 3 passengers with standard luggage (4 checked bags and 3 carry-ons). Choose the Lincoln Navigator L Reserve for 4 to 6 passengers, heavy luggage or golf clubs, and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for 7 to 14 passengers. A golf bag takes about the space of two suitcases.
Are child safety seats available for airport transportation?
Yes. Infant, convertible and booster seats are available at no extra charge. Tell us each child's age and the seat type when you book, and the seat will be installed before your chauffeur arrives.
How early should I reserve transportation to or from JAX?
Book at least 24 hours ahead to secure your preferred vehicle, and 48 to 72 hours ahead for holidays, spring break and major event weekends. We accept same-day requests when a vehicle is available; call (904) 800-5657 for anything urgent.
Is the quoted airport transfer price the complete fare?
Your written confirmation shows every charge upfront, including any tolls, airport fees or gratuity that apply, and there is no surge pricing. What happens if my airline cancels my flight?
Call or text (904) 800-5657 as soon as the airline cancels or rebooks you. We move your pickup to the new flight at no additional charge when we can, and verified airline cancellations are handled as exceptions under our cancellation policy.
