- Your reserved block starts at the scheduled pickup time. The hours on your confirmation are the minimum billed, even if the trip finishes early.
- Minimum reservation periods
- The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter limo van has a 4-hour minimum. Minimums for the Cadillac XT6 and Lincoln Navigator L Reserve depend on the type of service and are stated on your quote.
- If the night runs long
- Time beyond your reserved block is billed in half-hour increments, when the vehicle and chauffeur are free to stay. Reserve enough time for your event, since an extension can’t always be guaranteed.
- When the rate can change
- Unusual routes, special events, very late returns, split pickups and peak dates such as prom and wedding season are priced into your quote. If your plan changes, we confirm the new price with you first.
- Charges beyond the hourly rate
- Tolls and parking are added to the contract price. Gratuity and any other charges that apply are itemized on your written confirmation before you book.
